Pure Australian Pasture
Our cows graze on lush Australian grass that reaches peak nutrition every 21 days. Farmers divide the paddocks into small plots and move the herd after each grazing, ensuring the pasture can regrow naturally and is never over-grazed.
Rotational Grazing & Low Stocking Density
We follow a strict "one cow per acre" policy. The extra space keeps the herd relaxed, allows grass to recover quickly and results in healthier animals and better-tasting milk.
Individual Animal Traceability
Every cow wears an NLIS electronic ear tag. After each milking the tag is scanned, so we know exactly how much milk that cow produced and how her performance changes day by day. This real-time data lets our nutrition team fine-tune feed and spot any health issues early.
No Added Growth Hormones
We never use synthetic growth hormones such as rBST or rBGH. These substances are banned in Australian dairy farming because they can compromise both animal welfare and milk quality.
Antibiotic-Free Milk
Routine antibiotics are not part of our programme. If a cow ever needs treatment, she is permanently removed from the milking herd to guarantee that no antibiotic residues enter the food chain.
